Safety Passport

Every member of Mellett’s operational team is required to get and maintain the appropriate Safety Passport; the company covers the expense of this documentation. Furthermore, it is business policy that all workers, without exception and regardless of the person making the request, decline any requests to perform jobs for which they are not suitably qualified or insured.

Employees receive comprehensive training funded by Mellett that includes academic and practical courses such as asbestos awareness, recognised access platform training, and pertinent university degree programmes.

The goal is to guarantee that the Mellett workforce have the technical knowledge and practical abilities needed to finish any project to the highest levels of craftsmanship and safety.
