Keeping our clients safe is a big part of what Mellett does, but before we can do that, we need to know how to keep ourselves safe. Although proper PPE and safety training are crucial, in practise they don’t really help until there is a positive company culture and individual mindset. Our staff possess the correct mindset and culture of ‘safety before all else’, this has been a vital pillar of our company since its founding in 2010.
