Brendan overseas the day to day running of the operations of the business and has a hands-on approach. He relies on his key people to whom he has hired and positioned in their areas of expertise to report back to him and deliver in their roles. Brendan believes the company can achieve steady growth year on year into the future.

Michelle is responsible for company’s financial reporting and she works closely with the Director and Commercial manager to ensure that adequate systems and controls are implemented throug the company.
